A Bolivar resident has been arrested for possession of Heroin.
During a traffic stop on South Union Street, Olean Police say that they found 470 bags of heroin, cash, and scales in a car driven by 28 year old Katelyn Barnes.
Barnes was processed and released with an appearance ticket.
