A Bradford woman accused of trying to sell stolen copper and car batteries to a recycling business attempted to plead guilty in McKean County Court, but her plea was rejected by the judge.
26-year-old Kylie Jo McLaughlin tried to plead guilty to one count of felony criminal conspiracy for theft, but Judge John Pavlock refused to accept the plea because McLaughlin didn’t fully agree with the details of the charge.
McLaughlin and and 24-year-old Joshua Goodmote-Miller are accused of conspiracy engaging in burglary, conspiracy criminal trespassing and conspiracy theft. Both their cases have been continued to January 20th.
