A Rixford man was jailed following charges of illicit contact with minors.
20 year old Scott F. Miller was charged with statutory sexual assault, dissemination of explicit material to a minor, unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of minors and child pornography.
According to reports, Miller began communicating with the victim in September of 2019 via snap chat, the victim sent nude photos at his request in 2020, he replied with nude photos of himself. The report alleges that Miller and the victim had intercourse in his vehicle in December of 2020 when Miller was 19 and the victim was 15. At this time Miller began communicating with a second girl via snap chat as well. In October or November, he asked her for nude pictures and she complied the first time but declined a second.
Upon interview, Miller admitted to having intercourse with the first victim and receiving nude photos from both victims. Miller was remanded to the McKean County Jail in lieu of $75,000 bail
