A Cuba man was charged with a hate crime on Tuesday.
Cuba Police charged 68-year-old Robert K. Amundson with trespass and felony criminal mischief for a hate crime.
Amundson was additionally arrested on several outstanding warrants.
Amundson was sent to the Allegany County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
