Two people have received prison sentences on separate drug convictions in Cattaraugus County Court. 39 year-old Michael Scholl of Hinsdale was sentenced to two years in state prison. Scholl was convicted Friday of felony criminal sale of a controlled substance for drug trafficking in the City of Olean from mid-April through May of last year. And, 30 year-old Fallon Smith of Delevan was sentenced to 2 1/2 years in prison after being convicted of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the City of Olean in June of last year. Smith had escaped a prison sentence in 2014 for felony welfare fraud and grand larceny
