A Portville man was charged with drug possession Wednesday in Eldred.
Pennsylvania State Police charged 28-year-old Bryan Hathaway with possession of illicit drug and drug paraphernalia.
The charges stem from the report of a disabled vehicle in the middle of the 1200 block of West Eldred Road.
