The Bradford man accused in a shooting earlier this year on Congress Street is seeking to have evidence withheld at his trial.
Attorneys for Frederick Camejo are asking the court to suppress the seizure of Camejo’s cellphone and legally-owned firearms, along with all evidence gathered after the seizure of the cellphone.
In the filing, attorney Justin Panighetti argues that the search warrant did not provide sufficient probable cause for the seizures, and any evidence coming after that point would be tainted.
Camejo is charged with homicide and other charges in the shooting death of Edward Fomby of Buffalo on May 29th.

This guy really looks like Neocortex from the old Crash bandicoot video games. Kinda creepy if you ask me.
