A Smethport man is facing charges after a domestic incident.
Pennsylvania State Troopers responding to a report of domestic violence arrested 56 year old Joseph A. Watson. Watson has been charged with Terroristic Threats, Assault, and Harassment.
Watson is currently free on $15,000 unsecured bond.
