Two teenagers are facing credit card fraud charges. Court records indicate that 18 year-old Donald Riley and 19 year-old Kelsey Ackley are both charged with stealing another person’s credit card information and using it to steal over $2,300 in money. Police obtained surveillance video of Ackley and her boyfriend using the cards which belonged to a relative of hers. The two are facing over 25 felony counts of access device fraud.
