A write-in campaign in Foster Township proved unsuccessful in its stated goal, but was successful in another.
Pam Campbell had launched a write-in campaign for the Republican nomination for the four-year Supervisor term against Michael Scrivo. There were not enough write-in votes to deny Scrivo a victory.
However, Campbell did receive enough write-in votes on the Democratic primary ballot to capture that line in both Supervisor races. She will be the Democratic candidate against both Scrivo for the four-year term and Supervisor Carl McCracken for the six year term.
