A Buffalo man was arrested in Olean on a warrant.
On Thursday the Police Street Crimes Unit arrested 25-year-old Jaydaicus Black in Oak Hill Park on an outstanding assault warrant. At the time of his arrest, Black allegedly had 54 grams of crack cocaine, a scale, and cash on him.
Black is being held pending court proceedings.
