An Allegany County man has been arrested on a felony sex abuse charge.
20 year old Shawn D. Shelley of Richburg has been charged at first-degree sexual abuse and acting in a manner injurious to a child. The charges stem from an incident reported on May 7th.
The charges specify that the victim was a child younger than 11.
Shelley is being held on $5,000 cash bail.
