A Little Genessee man has plead not guilty to charges stemming from the death of a jogger in Olean.
42-year-old Mary McFall was jogging on Seneca Street in the Town of Olean on May 21st when she was struck and killed by a truck allegedly driven by 48-year-old Scott Carlson, who then allegedly left the scene.
Carlson pled not guilty to charges of second-degree murder, second-degree manslaughter, second-degree vehicular manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide, and other related charges.
Carlson remains in Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $150,000 bail or $500,000 bond.
