NY State Police arrested an Allegany man Sunday after he made unwanted contact with another person. Police say that between August 29 and September 8 they received several calls to a residence where 26 year-old William Eisenhart violated an active order of protection by going to the persons home on four separate occasions. Eisenhart was charged with four counts of criminal contempt and issued an appearance ticket to Town of Olean Court.
