The attorney for a Bradford man convicted of vehicular homicide has been reprimanded for his conduct in that case.
The Pennsylvania Superior Court announced Tuesday that Attorney Christopher Martini for failing to file a brief on behalf of 36-year-old Daniel Oaks II. Oaks was convicted in August in connection with the September 2018 crash that killed Alyssa Hawk.
Martini was reprimanded in July. The reprimand carries no fines or suspensions.
