An Elk County-based defense attorney received a suspension from the state Friday.
The state Office of Disciplinary Counsel issued an emergency temporary suspension against attorney Christopher Martini, who represents clients in Elk, Cameron, McKean and Jefferson counties, effective Nov. 19.
This suspension comes three months after a public reprimand by the disciplinary board that alleged he had communicated in a sexually explicit manner with a client as well as being paid for providing appeal services to a client he allegedly didn’t provide.
The order does not state the reason why Martini was being suspended.

That doesn’t surprise me at all. Women really need to stop downgrading men by making up lies about men who they claim are “inappropriately” touching them. We seriously need to get rid of insurance companies and lawyers and attorneys all together.
Ha ..he was my public defender years ago. There was something creepy about him
If you ask my opinion Christopher Martini was my public defender, for a criminal charge and for trying to get my children back, he had lied to me numerous times and even giving me false documentation which I have nothing to do with this case. I ended up writing the court and getting a new public defender. Anyways after my whole shenanigans or whatever you want to call itI really don’t feel like Christopher Martini is the only one on this I feel like there are a lot of people in the McKean County Courthouse, a lot of people in CYS at McKean county children and youth services and a lot of people and the jail of McKean county that are in on this! Maybe Chris won’t be so dumb, and will actually air all the dirty laundry out!
This attorney and the two judges in Brookville judge Fedora and judge bad Slack that is Magistrate does the same thing. They also alter court documents but yet they’re still on the bench. Things seriously mean to change!
