Tom Riel has won another term as Mayor of the City of Bradford, fending off a write-in campaign by resident Robert Frost.
With 98% of precincts reporting, Riel was leading with 529 votes to only 77 write-in votes total, not all of which are guaranteed to go to Frost.
Riel was defeated by a similar write-in campaign by former Mayor Jim McDonald in 2019. He returned to City Council two years later and was re-appointed as Mayor upon McDonald’s resignation.

Good he can continue to bash our hospital.
What a joke the investigation for the embezzlement that the pay roll clerk took all the heat should have been dug into a lot further they would have found there were more involved she was just the fall person.
No one person unless your a professional con artist could have pulled that.
Maybe the budget should go back oh say 13 or 14 years really be broken down and went through more thoroughly not by the locals but by the federal government.
