As part of its financial restructuring plan, Tops Markets will be closing 10 underperforming stores — and Bradford is not one of them.
None of the stores closing is in the Buffalo area or Pennsylvania.
Tops CEO Frank Curci says they intend to close the stores by the end of November. He says employees in the affected stores will be offered jobs in other stores in the chain,
