The jury has returned a verdict, and Anthony Fenton was found guilty on all counts today.
Fenton has been found guilty of aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment, and criminal homicide, specifically 3rd-degree murder.
He will be sentenced on August 12 at 1PM. Until sentencing, Fenton has been remanded to McKean County jail.
