A convicted sexual offender was arrested on weapons charges in Salamanca Tuesday.
According to Salamanca police, 42-year-old Ryan S Bartlett was arrested on an active warrant relating to charges of felony weapons possession as well as misdemeanor menacing. Bartlett was processed and transported to Cattaraugus County Jail to await future court proceedings.
