A Hinsdale man was arrested on several warrants in Dayton Saturday.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested 37-year-old Duane A. Walter on several outstanding bench warrants issued out of Olean City Court after checking the welfare of a man walking down Rt 62 in Dayton.
Walter was additionally charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance as he was allegedly in possession of two bags of heroin and a methadone prescription that did not belong to him.
