A Wellsville man was arrested on firearm charges in Scio Wednesday.
New York State Police charged 42-year-old Christopher L. Graves with felony evidence tampering, criminal possession of a weapon by a convicted felon and a private firearm sale violation.
The charges stem from a firearm incident reported on July 29.
Graves was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
