A Port Allegany man is facing 93 counts relating to the alleged theft from his employer this summer.
Port Allegany Borough Police charged 18-year-old Colton Sherwood with 19 counts of retail theft, 35 counts of theft by unlawful taking and 35 counts of receiving stolen property and four counts of corruption of minors.
The charges stem from Sherwood allegedly had taken $100 cash and multiple vape pens from Port Beverage while working and then allegedly sold or gave several of the vape pens to teenagers, including at least one who was under the age of 15.
Sherwood was arraigned Tuesday and released on $2,000 unsecured bail.
He is scheduled for Central Court on Sept. 5.
