The Commonwealth has rested its case in day three of the Camejo murder trial.
The prosecution concluded with the testimony of Bradford Police Chief Mike Ward as he showed the video from Camejo’s security camera of the murder with audio from a neighbor’s security system enhanced by 3 agencies.
The defense opened their case with Frederick Camejo himself testifying. Camejo reviewed the video footage and claimed that Edward Fomby and one of Fomby’s friends had insulted Camejo’s wife.
The DA cross-examined Camejo’s testimony. After the defense rested its case, the commonwealth called in the rebuttal where she spoke to Bradford police chief Ward and others to highlight contradictions with Camejo’s testimony.
Closing statements, deliberation, and verdict are planned for tomorrow.
Great defense. Always shoot someone who insults your spouse. Totally justifiable right there. Duh.
