A Rochester man was sentenced for delivering the drugs that resulted in the death of a Bradford woman Thursday.
The Judge sentenced Brady Pysadee to 9 to 18 years on Drug Delivery Resulting in Death, Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Involuntary Manslaughter and other charges.
Pysadee was also ordered to have no contact with the victim’s family, pay lab user fees, drug and alcohol treatment, provide a DNA sample, and other terms.
He is not eligible for any early parole.
