An Olean woman faces felony drug charges following the execution of a search warrant on Wednesday.
Olean Police charged 46-year-old Adele M. Pierce with two counts each of felony possession of a controlled substance and felony sale of a controlled substance as well as criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
The charges stem from the execution of a search warrant at Pierce’s residence, where police allegedly found fentanyl, crack cocaine, methamphetamine and digital scales.
According to police, Pierce allegedly twice sold crack cocaine to agents of the Olean Police Department Street Crimes Unit and was additionally arrested on an active superior court warrant related to allegedly selling drugs.
She was turned over to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office and was held pending further court proceedings.
