For the Buffalo Sabres, after a very successful road trip where they won all three games against California opponents, they return to home ice tomorrow night (November 27) at KeyBank. The Minnesota Wild coming to town and the puck drops at 7 o’clock.
Sabres head coach Lindy Ruff liked what he saw out west and says they have the momentum. They’ve just got to keep it going. “Just again, use it (the wins) as momentum,” surmised Ruff. “There’s lots of learning points in this three games from special teams to our 5-5 play. You just got to keep getting better. Obviously, we want to come out here and win games and build some momentum. Now we got to go home and try to carry that momentum with us.”
Buffalo is 11-9-1 on the season.
