An Olean man was arrested for child pornography Tuesday.
New York State Police charged 42-year-old Daniel J. Sevenish with felony possession of a child’s sexual performance.
The charge stems from an incident initially reported on June 12.
Sevenish was given an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
