A Wellsville man was arrested on several felonies after allegedly driving while intoxicated in Hinsdale Thursday night.
New York State Police charged 47-year-old Russell S. Brant with felony DWI for a prior conviction within 10 years, felony aggravated unlicensed operation for a permanently revoked license, obstructing government administration and resisting arrest.
Brant was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
