An Olean woman was arrested Tuesday for an Eldred burglary initially reported in April of last year.35-year-old Desirea Wienke is charged with felony burglary, felony receiving stolen property, felony theft by unlawful taking, felony trespass and criminal mischief.
On April 22, 2024, Pennsylvania State Police were called to the old Ethan Allen building in Eldred for a reported burglary.
Wienke’s co-defendant, 37-year-old Ashleigh Boser, pleaded guilty to theft and criminal trespass and was sentenced to 2 to 24 months in prison, as well as restitution to the owner of the items taken, court dockets indicate.
Wienke was arraigned Tuesday and remanded to jail in lieu of $50,000.
She is scheduled for central court on April 3.
