An Olean man was arrested on a warrant Tuesday afternoon.
Olean Police arrested 29-year-old Logan M. Shearer on a bench warrant issued out of Olean City Court.
Shearer was additionally charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Shearer was remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail and held pending further court proceedings.
