An early morning traffic stop led to the arrest of three people on drug-related charges Thursday.
According to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office, after initiating a traffic stop on a vehicle, its driver allegedly exited the vehicle and attempted to run. The driver, identified as 25-year-old Limestone resident Myah Seeley, was taken into custody after a brief foot pursuit. A search of the vehicle turned up a quantity of suspected crack cocaine, over a hundred dollars in cash, and other paraphernalia. Seeley was subsequently charged with two felony counts of possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence, and a series of misdemeanors.
Seeley’s passengers, 45-year-old David Larkin of Kill Buck and 33-year-old Anthony Piscitelli of Salamanca, were each charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and use of drug paraphernalia.
Larkin and Piscitelli were released with appearance tickets, while Seeley was held pending further court proceedings.
