An Olean man turned himself in on Tuesday for a felony indictment warrant.
Olean Police arrested 36-year-old Ronald Daniels III on charges of felony sale of a controlled substance and felony possession of a controlled substance for allegedly selling Crack Cocaine in the City of Olean.
