A Bradford man was charged after spitting at state police while being transported to BRMC after a DUI traffic stop Sunday afternoon.
Pennsylvania State Police charged 55-year-old Angelo Mininni with felony aggravated harassment by a prisoner, DUI and eight traffic summary offenses.
The charges stem from a state trooper noticing a line of traffic on Route 346 in Otto Township near Tram Hollow Road traveling 25 mph in a 55 mph zone, led by a silver SUV.
Mininni was remanded to McKean County jail in lieu of $10,000 bail and is scheduled for court on Thursday.
