A man was arrested on drug felonies after allegedly threatening people with a baseball bat at JJ’s Saloon early Friday morning.
City of Bradford Police charged 35-year-old Shane Allen Rice with felony Possession with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Controlled Substances, Possession of Instrument of a Crime, Possession of Paraphernalia, and Disorderly Conduct.
The charges stem from the report of Rice allegedly entering the bar with a baseball bat and engaging in a physical altercation with multiple individuals then fleeing the scene prior to police arrival.
