A man’s motion to modify bail was denied in McKean County Court Thursday.
Kyle Richard South is charged with multiple felonies following a high-speed pursuit and foot chase in January.
District attorney Stephanie Vettenberg-Shaffer pointed out that he had been arrested while actively fleeing police in a speeding vehicle, has a separate misdemeanor charge for evading cops on foot, and that he has a history of fleeing charges.
South is charged with felony fleeing officers, felony possession of narcotics with intent to deliver, evading arrest on foot, reckless endangerment and DUI and is still remanded to McKean County Jail on $70,000 bail.
