A missing Tonawanda man was last seen in the Bradford area on Aug 11.
Foster Township Police are asking the public’s help in finding 45-year-old Brian C. Serafin who was last seen driving a Beige 2006 Jeep Liberty whose cell phone last pinged on 219 South at 9PM.
Anyone with information is asked to call police at (716) 876-5300.
