An Olean man was arrested on drug charges after a traffic stop on Mechanic Street in Bradford early Friday morning.
City of Bradford Police 35-year-old Kyle Kasey-Barclay Bemowski with DWI, Driving under the influence of drugs, driving with a suspended license, possession of paraphernalia and felony possession with intent to deliver.
The charges stem from police allegedly seeing drug paraphernalia in plain view in the vehicle, prompting an investigation.
A subsequent search warrant of the vehicle yielded evidence related to the possession with intent to deliver Methamphetamine.
Further investigation revealed that he was a fugitive from Cattaraugus County, wanted on extraditable Felony Bench Warrant.
Bemowski was remanded to McKean County Jail on $25,000 bail.
Preliminary hearings are scheduled in the matter.
