A Bradford man and a Portville man were both separately found to be in contempt for failure to provide a drug and alcohol evaluation in their two different cases in McKean County Court Thursday.
27-year-old Montana Moore of Bradford was supposed to be sentenced in a Driving under the influence of a controlled substance case and 37-year-old Daniel Windnagle of Portville was supposed to be sentenced for a drug possession charge.
Moore’s case has been continued to Oct 30 and Windnagle has been continued to Nov 13.
