A Salamanca man was arrested after an alleged attack on Thursday.
Salamanca Police charged 23-year-old Frank Jones Jr. with Strangulation, Assault, Criminal Mischief and Reckless Endangerment stemming from a complaint in the city.
Jones was processed and held pending arraignment.
