A Bolivar man man was charged with a sexual abuse case on Monday afternoon.
New York State Police charged 59-year-old Mitchell A. Derodia with public lewdness for allegedly exposing himself in public.
The charges stem from Derodia allegedly flashing his genitals to the cashier at the Bolivar Dollar General.
He was held pending arraignment.
