The Port Allegany man who has already pled guilty to causing the death of a Port Allegany woman back in February has been appointed a new attorney.
28-year-old Brian Austin Kuchinka was formerly represented by Public Defender Phil Clabaugh and will now be represented by Clearfield attorney Chris Pentz.
Kuchinka pled guilty to Criminal Homicide and Abuse of a Corpse on Sept 9 for the death of K-Leigh Hill-Nelson.
A bench trial will be held at a later date where a judge hears the evidence to decide the degree of the homicide charge.
