An Oswayo, Pa man was arrested on a warrant in Wellsville early Tuesday morning.
Deputies of the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office arrested 42-year-old Luke Gibble on a warrant issued out of Cattaraugus County Family Court.
Gibble was remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail and held on an unspecified amount of bail.
