An Olean man was arrested on several warrants early Thursday morning.
Olean Police arrested 42-year-old Joshua Jay Mosher on warrants issued out of Olean City Court related to charges of petit larceny, possession of a controlled substance, possession of stolen property and trespass.
Mosher was held pending arraignment.
