A Smethport man pled guilty to possession of child pornography in McKean County Court Thursday.
42-year-old Frederick Raszmann pleaded guilty to possessing 118 images and 5 videos of child porn on his phone on December 8 of 2024.
He’s to take a sexually violent predator evaluation and sentencing will be set for March 5 of next year.
