An Olean man was charged with a felony after an incident reported in Hinsdale on Saturday morning.
New York State Police charged 61-year-old David W. Goldsmith with felony weapon possession, menacing with a weapon and criminal mischief for property damage.
Goldsmith was held pending central arraignment.
