A Bradford man was arrested after allegedly punching his girlfriend during a haircut on Monday night.
City of Bradford Police charged 37-year-old James Edward White with assault and harassment.
The charges stem from an incident reported at an apartment on 41 Main St where White had allegedly been giving the victim a haircut when she made a comment about the haircut, which led to the White allegedly punching her in the face.
White, who was found to be intoxicated at the time of the incident, was remanded to jail on $20,000 bail.
