A Lewis Run man was charged in multiple cases involving rape and stalking Thursday.
47-year-old Ray Coast was arrested on two separate complaints for committing several crimes over 3 years at his home in Lewis Run and within the City of Bradford.
In one complaint, Coast is charged with committing multiple sex acts against a teenage boy over the course of three years, specifically with 5 counts each of Sexual Extortion, Rape by Forcible Compulsion, Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse, Sexual Assault, Aggravated Indecent Assault Without Consent and Indecent Assault Without Consent, as well as Simple Assault, Terroristic Threats, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Corruption of Minors, providing Alcohol to Minors, and Harassment.
By a second complaint, Coast is charged with using a tracking device on the boy’s vehicle to stalk him, these charges include wire taping, Stalking, Trespass by Motor Vehicle and other offenses.
Coast was remanded to the McKean County Jail in lieu of $1 million bail for the sexual crimes and $250,000 bail for the stalking charges.
Coast has a bail condition stating no contact with minors.
