A Hinsdale man was arrested Wednesday afternoon on a charge of menacing with a weapon.
According to New York State Police, 46-year-old Robert Stocking was arrested after an incident reported Tuesday evening. Stocking was charged with a misdemeanor count of menacing with a weapon, as well as two felony charges for allegedly possessing a loaded firearm.
Stocking was taken to Central Arraignment pending further investigation.
