Federal prosecutors announced today that a Jamestown woman pled guilty to her role in a fentanyl distribution conspiracy that operated in Chautauqua County over several years.
31-year-old Susan Walker specifically pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute, 40 grams or more of fentanyl.
Walker conspired with others to sell narcotics for profit between 2020 and 2023 using social media platforms to facilitate drug trafficking activities alongside co-defendant David Sekerak Ledesma.
Walker and Ledesma had two houses on Lafayette Street to distribute narcotics.
The charges have a mandatory minimum sentence of five years in federal prison, a maximum penalty of 40 years, and a possible fine of up to $5 million.
Sentencing for Walker is scheduled for June 10, 2026.
